Walker Metalsmths celtic jewelry  is the artistry of Stephen Walker and family. Stephen is the designer and master craftsman.  Stephen creates original designs of Celtic Rings, Celtic Crosses, and Custom Celtic Wedding rings.   Begun as a full time business in 1984 in the Walker's home town of Andover, NY. In the early years most customers discovered the Walker's work at arts festivals and craft fairs. Beginning in the early 1990s the Walkers began selling their Celtic rings by direct mail order through magazines such as Ireland of the Welcomes. The Highlander and Smithsonian Magazine. In 1997 the Celtic Jewelry workshop was opened up to the public with a permanent showroom storefront.

 In 2009 Walker Metalsmiths Celtic Jewelry celebrated 25 years in business.  A prize was offered for the person bringing in the oldest piece of Stephen's jewelry.  The winner was a classmate of Steve's in highschool, she brought in a Celtic Cross pendant that Steve had made  in 1974.  

A second shop was opened on Saint Columba's Day, June 9, 2007
